Gadget Update: Samsung Galaxy Note To Receive Jelly bean 4.1.2

Samsung Galaxy Note has been left out pretty much when it comes to the Android Jelly bean department. With the release of it's new sibling the Samsung Galaxy Note 2, many users have been wondering if they would have to wait a little longer for them to receive the much awaited Jelly Bean update that has been promised by Samsung Mobile for months now. The Samsung Galaxy S3 International Version have already started receiving their Jelly Bean update. Over at SamMobile though there is but a bit of good news as they have just received from the Samsung Servers the latest firmware of the Samsung Galaxy Note for testing.

Here are some of the things that one would expect of the Jelly Bean update for the Samsung Galaxy Note:

- Jelly Bean bootloaders
- Firmware N7000XXLS2
- Date October 9.
- SPEN cursor air-view. (expected to see real air-view later)
- Jelly Bean.
- Same screenlock as nature UI.

The current firmware that is with SamMobile though isn't fast and still has quite some bugs with the use of the S-pen. The current press release is that it would most likely be released as a 4.1.2 update this December or January. The other things that would be included are similar features with that of the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 such as multi-task split screen, pop up play and more.

Check out the leaked firmware video below:

I myself am pretty excited with what is to come for the Samsung Galaxy Note, but for now we all just have to wait it out just a bit longer.

Till Next Time...
