Innovating on Camera Tech - Samsung Galaxy Camera

Who would've thought of a marriage of a digital camera and smartphone software? Samsung did and was able to release the very first Android OS Camera called Samsung Galaxy Camera. There are rumors of several SLR companies that were eyeing to delve into similar formats, but Samsung has taken the first step and the lead into this real of digital imagery.
Samsung Galaxy Camera's software and hardware package isn't something to be taken lightly. Packing a whooping 1.4Ghz QUAD core Cpu and running on nothing less than the Android Jelly Bean Software, one can just imagine what you can do with the phone. It's literally the same specs as that of the Samsung Galaxy S3 which was pre sold to 10Million people and merged with Advanced Camera technology. Camera provides 16MP with optical zooming capabilities and can support WiFi and 3G/4G tech for sharing of data. For the Mobile Data Network all you'll have to do is insert a micro sim to be able to use the mobile data networks to share your photos and more wirelessly. Imagine snapping high quality pictures editing them right there and then submitting it real time to your friends, family members, or if you are professional - online portfolios. The only thing you can't do here is calls, but heck its a camera first and foremost, but skype calling and viber options seems to be a good alternative and yes text messaging is available too along with emails.
There is a question though as to whether or not there would be a market for something such as this, but based on current trending information, there seems to be quite a significant number of people that are already lining up to take a glance or better yet wanting to own this new piece of hardware. The price tag though of this Digital Camera wonder is still up in the air and it is I believe the pricing that would either make or break the Samsung Galaxy Camera.

Since this was announced along side the new Samsung Galaxy Note 2 in the European Tech Expo I am pretty sure that they would be available to the public right around the same time, which is most likely in October of 2012. I would definitely love to get my hands on this one for an actual review on how well the camera is in real life.

Till The Next Time...
