Google Play Reco's: Mutant Roadkill

I have been an avid fan of Temple Run since it got launched on the IOS platform and was even happier to find them on the android side of the fence. However, there would be times where I want that same thrill that they provided but in a different game setting. I craved for that same quality of gaming without sacrificing on the thrill and of course the graphics. Thankfully, the mobile game maker Glu had something up their developer sleeve and have come up with something that similar to that of Temple Run but is a bit more adrenalined up with guns, zombies, and vehicles.

Mutant Roadkill is basically your Temple Run game but instead of a person running and avoiding obstacles you are equipped with a vehicle. Your main task is quite similar too - Survive for as long as you can with whatever means possible. There are several upgrades that you can buy as you gain more coins. Missions also help increase your multipler score similar to that of Temple Run. This time around though you'll not only be avoiding obstacles, but you'll be smashing through zombies, side swiping freeloaders and shooting, zapping, tossing them around just to gain points and survive for as long as you can. The terrain also changes when you reach certain distances, zombies and obstacles get even more challenging and if you aren't well equipped or lucky it'll be a while before you get to see the other environments.

This game is available on the IOS and Android Platforms and is compatible with devices that have similar or better specs than the Samsung Galaxy W(1.7Ghz Single Core CPU). I also think that it can play on devices that run on at least 1Ghz Single Core CPU but it unfortunately wont run on models that have the same specs as the Samsung Galaxy Y. Is this a game that'll get you hooked? If you are a fan of Temple Run type games than I guess this is a definite addictive game for you as well. Graphics are just as good, gameplay is pretty smooth. Only downside is that you'll really have to grind your way up to earn coins just to purchase the next vehicle upgrade or cash out real money if you are impatient. Overall, Mutant Roadkill is a definite must have on your Android Phone or Tablet as it is a fun way to pass time and is a a good alternative to Temple Run.
