Call Center Life: 12 Interview Tips

I have encountered many applicants and aspiring call center agents since I started training in Excel Asia Services and from experience the most common cause of nervousness among all of them during the interviews is the lack of confidence in themselves and the belief that the interviewer is far superior to themselves.

The lack of confidence unfortunately stems from something much deeper and rooted in their upbringing and culture at the same time with the lack of knowledge and belief in their own skills and capabilities. Same goes with the feeling of inferiority towards others. Fortunately, there are ways to help get those feelings out and that is through preparation and training.
